The mentor’s role is to familiarise him/herself with the aspirations and challenges, strengths and weaknesses of each participant and with this in mind help them prepare a personal development plan. This will help the young people/delegates to integrate their learning into their lives and influences their personal and professional growth.
Families for Peace offer bereavement and trauma counselling services to families and the general public who have experienced the loss of a loved one to violence or in sudden circumstances.
