Families For Peace Trustees
Families For Peace is a registered charity in England and Wales.
The board provides strategic direction and consists of the following trustees.
Gleen Reid
Founder
Gleen Founder of Families for Peace, and Co-Founder of Mothers Against Guns. Gleen has two children Corey-Wayne and Alexandria and 3 grandchildren fathered by her son. Corey was taken untimely through gang violence.
His passing is the inspiration for Gleen to establish Families for Peace for her own therapy. Her experience informs the service provision of the organisation as she supports bereaved families. Gleen has been a support worker for children who are critically ill in hospital. She is also a foster carer. Her motto is ‘Anything is possible if you work hard for it!
Bishop Mike Wilson

Michael is married to Jennifer with 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
He is a trainer, developer, counsellor, community worker and entrepreneur.
He is chairman of the Board of Families for Peace which shows his commitment to helping young people and families overcome challenges and fulfil their potential.
His motto is ‘to raise a generation that is morally and spiritually mature, professionally and technically excellent.’
Emily Rabone

Emily lives by the rule that every day should be better than the last.
She was a Youth Worker for 8 years before pursuing her own business.
She now works for herself selling her artwork and writing for several publications about motorcycles.
